NOFARI is an AI-powered emotional support companion developed by NOFAME NextGen AI, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the NOFARI mobile application.

We collect only the information necessary to operate NOFARI.

User Messages – Text you voluntarily enter while chatting with NOFARI.
Microphone & Audio Input – If you choose to use voice features, NOFARI may access your device’s microphone to process spoken input.

NOFARI does not collect real names, phone numbers, physical addresses, contacts, photos, videos, precise location data, or payment information.

4. AI Conversations & Emotional Support

Messages and audio input you provide are processed to generate responses. Data may be temporarily stored to maintain conversation continuity, system stability, and safety features.
